‘Spirit incarnated first and foremost yet passionate about food!’ is how Brenda Lee describes herself. A Nutritional & Wellbeing Advocate. What makes Brenda Lee different is that she challenges Science, Scientific methodology and Evidenced-based science/medicine.
‘What many of us do not realise is that we see things through His Story. We have been conditioned for many centuries but science as we know it is in fact Western European science. This puts us at a disadvantage where our Oppressors have us right where they want us. The time has come for us to take control of our own health and knowledge-based systems’.
Brenda’s unique presentations include but are not limited to Vitamin D, The Afrikan Diet, The Miracle oil – Palm, Almost forgotten – African Fermented Foods, The health benefits of Tropical Foods and African grains – The new Superfoods, What is Science?
The philosophy behind Intelligent Nourishment is that health and well-being are achieved through balance and harmony with us, each other, our interactions with nature and the forces governing it. Intelligent Nourishment applies science along with Ancient Traditions in empowering, transforming and healing lives.
Nourishing ourselves is not just about the food we put into our mouths. Intelligence is applied to any particular food or drink. Is it right for you? What is your attitude to that food or drink? Can you change the energy of that food/drink for your own well-being? Can you utilise the energy for your own wellbeing? Ancient Traditions explain what science cannot.
Brenda will tell you she is content with spending a day in a research institute because not everything is on the web. When it comes to ancient traditions of the continents, she also stresses that one should also speak to elders whereby knowledge has been passed down as not everything is written.
Brenda Lee MSc provides consultations, workshops and presentations.
